Sulphur Springs Guest Ranch is located in the legendary Sangre de Cristo mountains of southern Colorado. Originally named for it's cold sulphur springs it has an extensive & detailed historical legacy tracing back prior to 1870 when it was revered by the American Indians as a place of healing & rejuvenation in the sulphur & iron springs. Sulphur Springs ranch has 160 acres of mountainous aspen & pine forests, wildflower meadows, numerous rock formations & canyon walls. There are 5 cottages beautifully decorated with new carpet & furnishings: each sleep a minimum of 6. They all have fully equipped kitchens with a dining area, wood stove heating & a bathroom with shower. Call for more details and reservations.
The owners, caretakers, & guests of Sulphur Springs ranch have peacefully shared this majestic area with native wildlife for hundreds of years. This includes elk, deer, wild turkey, raccoon, bighorn sheep, mountain lion, bobcat & even the black bear.
